These Billing Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the procedures for payment, order processing, cancellation, and refunds for all purchases made through Remamart ("we", "our", "the store"). By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Payment Methods

Credit/Debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express. All card payments are processed securely via PayPal. When you choose to pay by card, you will be redirected to PayPal's secure payment system to enter your card information and complete your transaction.

PayPal: If you have a PayPal account, you can log in and pay directly via PayPal.

We do not store any credit/debit card or PayPal account information on our servers to ensure your data privacy and security.

3. Payment Processing

Once your order is submitted and payment is initiated via PayPal, the transaction is processed immediately, provided that your information is valid and sufficient funds are available. 

In some cases, to prevent fraud and protect our customers, we may place your order on hold for verification purposes until the transaction is confirmed.

If the payment fails or is declined, your order will not be processed, and you will not be charged.

4. Payment Authorization & Verification

By submitting your payment information, you authorize Remamart and PayPal to charge the full amount of your order.

You warrant that you are legally authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment details are accurate and valid.

For fraud prevention, we reserve the right to:

  • Contact you for additional payment verification.
  • Request supporting documentation if needed.
  • Cancel or suspend any orders that show signs of fraudulent activity.

5. Currency

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Most customers using U.S.-issued cards or domestic bank accounts will not incur any currency conversion fees. However, if you use an international card or a payment method linked to a non-U.S. bank, your bank may apply a foreign transaction or currency conversion fee, which is beyond our control and responsibility.

6. Taxes

Remamart does not collect or charge any sales tax on your orders.

Your total payment will include:

  • Product price
  • Shipping fee

As a customer, you are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable sales/use tax in your state or local jurisdiction, based on where you reside or receive the product.

7. Accuracy of Billing & Shipping Information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information at checkout, including:

Billing details: Name on card, card number, expiration date, CVV, billing address.

Shipping details: Delivery address and contact number.

Incorrect or incomplete information may delay order processing or result in failed deliveries. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by inaccurate information provided by the customer.

8. Order Confirmation

After successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email that includes:

  • Your order number
  • List of products purchased and quantity
  • Total amount paid
  • Shipping information
  • Estimated delivery time

If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

9. Order Changes or Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel or modify an order (including product quantity or shipping address) by emailing [email protected] within 8 hours of placing the order.

After this time, the order may already be processed or packed, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

If the order is successfully canceled within the allowed time, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

10. Fraud Prevention

We take fraud seriously and implement security measures to prevent fraudulent orders. These may include:

  • Verifying billing and shipping details
  • Requesting supporting identification documents
  • Cancelling suspicious or unverifiable orders

If your order is canceled due to suspected fraud, your payment will be refunded in full.

11. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension and denial of future service.

We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and will provide supporting evidence to the payment processor or financial institution.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend service to any customer suspected of violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.

If your account is terminated while you have an active, unfulfilled order, we will issue a full refund.
