1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed and delivered within 6-13 business days, depending on factors such as our order volume at the time of your purchase, delivery distance, shipping carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak shopping seasons.
Estimated delivery time will be displayed on the product detail page or in the confirmation email.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can enter this number on the Order Tracking page on our website to follow your package.
If you don't see the email, please check your Spam or Promotions folder, or contact us at [email protected].
3. Why isn't my tracking status updating?
Tracking may not update due to delays in the carrier's system or when the package is in transit between facilities.
Once your package leaves the current location, the tracking will update. Don't worry — your order is still on its way.
4. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to process international orders at this time.
5. I didn't receive the order confirmation email — what should I do?
The confirmation email is sent automatically after successful payment. If you haven't received it after 1 hour:
- Check your Spam or Promotions folders.
- Make sure your email address was entered correctly at checkout.
- Contact us via [email protected] for assistance.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, but only within 8 hours of placing your order. After that time, your order will be sent for processing and can no longer be modified or canceled.
7. Can I ship one order to multiple addresses?
No. Each order can only be shipped to one address. To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
8. I received the wrong or damaged product — what should I do?
We're very sorry for the inconvenience. If your item is:
- The wrong product, design, or customization
- Damaged or defective due to production or shipping
Please email us at [email protected] with clear photos of the product within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
9. What is your return & refund policy?
We accept returns or refunds only in the following cases:
- The product received is not as described;
- The product is defective or damaged;
- You received the wrong design or item.
We do not accept returns due to personal preference or change of mind. Please refer to our Return & Refund page for more details.
10. I haven't received my order — what should I do?
If your package hasn't arrived past the estimated delivery window:
- Check the tracking link for real-time updates.
- Contact your local post office or check with neighbors.
- If it's been over 30 days, you may request a reshipment or refund by contacting us.
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) via PayPal;
- PayPal directly.
All payments are processed securely through encrypted gateways.
